- Deviating conditions only apply if confirmed in writing by LN Solutions OÜ.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when using the Service.
2. Registration and Account Security
An account is required for most features. During registration you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and never share them with third parties.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may be suspended if the Terms are violated.
3. Description of Services
We provide tools to aggregate cryptocurrency transactions, visualize holdings, and surface market intelligence. LN Solutions OÜ may update, improve, or change features at any time to maintain or enhance the Service.
- Support is offered via documentation, chat, or ticketing during published business hours.
- Specialized concierge or data-cleanup services are offered separately and may incur additional fees.
- We do not provide tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice.
4. Paid Plans and Billing
Certain plans, add-ons, or reports require payment in advance for the selected billing period.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Failure to pay may lead to suspension until outstanding amounts are settled.
5. License and Intellectual Property
During the subscription term you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business or personal activities.
- All software, branding, and content remain the property of LN Solutions OÜ or its licensors.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, automated harvesting, or reselling the Service is prohibited.
- User feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and to avoid actions that could harm LN Solutions OÜ, other users, or third parties.
- Upload only data that you are entitled to share and ensure it is lawful.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt system integrity.
- Respect rate limits and API usage policies published by LN Solutions OÜ.
7. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data feeds.
- LN Solutions OÜ is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
- In all other cases our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
- We are not liable for losses caused by third-party data sources, exchanges, or wallets.
8. Termination and Suspension
You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. LN Solutions OÜ may suspend or terminate access for important reasons, including violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
- Upon termination your license ends and data may be deleted 30 days later, so please export your records in time.
- Outstanding fees remain payable despite termination.
- We may suspend accounts to investigate suspected misuse or security risks.
9. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
European consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. If you request immediate access and the service is fully delivered within that period, the withdrawal right may expire.
- To exercise the right, notify LN Solutions OÜ via email within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
- If you requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period we may retain an amount proportional to the services already provided.
10. Governing Law and Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
- We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes and will publish the latest version on the website.
- Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
